When using Internet Explorer, it may happen that due to the company's internal security policy, the page is not displayed properly. To resolve this issue, you should perform the following steps:
1. Start Internet Explorer
2. Open Tools => Internet Options
3. Open Security Tab
4. Open Trusted Sites
5. Click at the Button Sites
6. Enter https://www.q-port.de into field, then add the website
7. Click at the OK-Button to finish the process
